Transforming Weight, Size, and Shape

What prevents you from getting the body you want?

  1. You hold beliefs which operate automatically at the subconscious level that block your ability to achieve your weight, size and shape goals. If you believe that you must "clean your plate" or if when you feel an emotion or feel stressed, that food will comfort you, or if you feel threatened by being slender, then any of these dominant habitual beliefs operating at the subconscious level will keep you at the weight, size and shape you are now. These beliefs will control your weight until you change them.
  2. The foods you eat are high in calories and high on the Glycemic Index (GI) and/or the Insulin Index. High GI means quick conversion of food to glucose with spikes of insulin to convert it to fat which then lowers blood sugar and that in turn increases appetite. Most people have about 25 foods that provide the bulk of their diet. A good guess would be that many of these foods are high in calories, low in nutritional value, high on the Glycemic Index and require very few calories to digest them. The diets you've tried, most likely severely restricted the volume of food you consumed in an effort to reduce the calorie count. Too rapid restriction of the volume of food you consume probably served to trigger the starvation reflex which among other things slowed your metabolism and added more fat to your body. How discouraging is that?
  3. The lifestyle that built the body you've got most likely did not include a lot of physical activities. Your "Basal Metabolic Rate" (BMR) defines the number of calories your body uses when you're in a resting state with no digestion occurring. Select the "Links" link from the navigation bar on the left to find the link to the calculator that will tell you what your BMR is and what your calorie requirements would be for different levels of activity. Note that a pound is 3,500 calories.

The "Doctor Hypnosis" transformation process uses a multifaceted approach to support your ability to achieve your optimal weight, size, and shape.

  1. Self-Hypnosis to change subconscious beliefs. Remember, these beliefs are ingrained in the subconscious and that's where self-hypnosis will help you change them. Hypnosis provides the mechanism to communicate and influence the subconscious mind. Additionally, we provide you with a list of these types of beliefs to help you identify the ones that affect you. During hypnosis you will also be asked to identify other beliefs that will need to be changed as well.
  2. List of natural foods with high nutritional value, low calorie content, low Glycemic Index value, and take a lot of calories to digest them. We provide you with a list of 100 delicious foods that meet these requirements. With these foods you can reduce the number of calories without a drastic reduction in volume. Now you have the opportunity to gradually reduce both volume and calories to the right portions for your desired weight.
  3. Options for low intensity exercise such as, imagination based exercise, aerobic breathing (oxygen burns fat) and walking at a moderate pace. Power walking causes a demand for instant energy which burns glucose, whereas a normal walk is a low intensity activity that has a lower, but constant need for energy which supports the body's ability to burn fat for fuel. That's another important reason to choose a lifestyle that keeps your body in motion.
